Please note - all services now require a deposit whether booked online, over the phone, via social media, or in clinic. The deposit secures your booking slot - please ensure you complete this step to secure your booking.

When you go through the booking process a deposit will be taken automatically.

The deposit will be taken off the cost of your treatment on the day.  However, if a cancellation or reschedule is within 48 hours of your appointment,  we will retain 50% of your deposit as a late cancellation fee. Cancellation or reschedules under 24 hours of your appointment will incur 100% of the deposit being retained.

Deposits taken for Consultation will be either used as part of the patch test cost, treatment cost, added to your account as credit towards your treatment, or refunded should treatment not proceed.

N.B Clients who have already bought a course of treatment will need to either call, email, visit, or message the clinic to book successive treatments to avoid paying EXTRA deposits online. Typically we roll over your first deposit when you buy a course of treatment.
