DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE POLICY
Please note - all services now require a deposit whether booked online, over the phone, via social media or in clinic. The deposit secures your booking slot - please ensure you complete this step to secure your booking.

When you go through the booking process a deposit will be taken automatically.
The deposit will be taken off the cost of your treatment on the day. However, if a cancellation or reschedule is within 48 hours of your appointment, we will retain 50% of your deposits as a late cancelation fee. Cancellation or reschedules under 24 hours of your appointment will incur 100% of the deposit being retained.
N.B Clients who have already bought a course of treatment will need to call, email or message the clinic to book successive treatments to avoid paying the deposit on line.
