Body TLC is proud to be situated in Lincoln City Centre on the High Street. We unfortunately do not have private parking however Pennell Street which is the road adjacent to our property has a 4 car parking bay free to park for one hour. There are a number of free parking bays along the High Street in both directions of the clinic which are free to park for one or two hours, depending on the spot.

Should you prefer to park in an official place the nearest is St Marks Retail Area which is a 10 minute walk from the clinic.

 

If you are driving to us, we recommend putting Pennell Street Postcode into your navigation system to give a more accurate representation of our location due to the High Streets length, this is LN5 7TD.

Pennell Street is now permit holders only, aside from the 4 car bay mentioned above. We do have optional parking passes allowing one day parking. These are called parking scratch cards. We have purchased some from the council and are offering them at cost to clients who wish to use these for their convenience on their visit. These currently cost £1.70 per day / card: please note you must pay cash for these, we can not accept a card payment.

Last Minute Cancellation Policy

 

Although we appreciate occasionally unforeseen circumstances can creep up, we do operate a 48 hour cancellation policy

 

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE POLICY

Please note - all services now require a deposit whether booked online, over the phone, via social media or in clinic. The deposit secures your booking slot - please ensure you complete this step to secure your booking.

The deposit will be taken off the cost of your treatment on the day.  However, if a cancellation or reschedule is within 48 hours of your appointment,  we will retain 50% of your deposits as a late cancelation fee. Cancellation or reschedules under 24 hours of your appointment will incur 100% of the deposit being retained.  

N.B Clients who have already bought a course of treatment will need to call, email or message the clinic to book successive treatments to avoid paying the deposit on line.

Please note you can change a online booking via our website, alternatively, please email or call the clinic.

If you have a question regarding your appointment you can contact reception on any of the platforms linked above or by calling 01522 394618. Receptionists aim to respond to all emails on the same day within opening hours. Please do note we advise you to call, not email, should your query be of an urgent nature, or regarding an appointment booked for less that 48 hours time (counting working days only).
