Lockdown at Body TLC
During Lockdowns Body TLC will not be able to open.
You may still receive reminders as we do not remove the appointment from the system - so that we can contact all those effected and rebook when lockdown lifts.
We do apologise for any inconvenience, we hope to regain normal operations as soon as possible.
The only service we can offer during lockdowns are online virtual consultations - bookable online for every Thursday - message us via Facebook for the fastest response during lockdown - as the team will be on flexi-furlough, only working a few hours each week, emails will be monitored on a slower basis

Body TLC is proud to be situated in Lincoln City Centre on the High Street. We unfortunately do not have private parking however Pennell Street which is the road adjacent to our property is free to park with no limitations. Should you prefer to park in an official place the nearest is St Marks Retail Area which is a 10 minute walk from the clinic. If you are driving to us, we recommend putting Pennell Street Postcode into your navigation system to give a more accurate representation of our location due to the High Street being so long, this is LN5 7TD.

Last Minute Cancellation Policy
Although we appreciate occasionally unforeseen circumstances can creep up, we do operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you can not make your appointment you can cancel or amend online, however, please call our receptionist if your appointment is within 48 hours. A £20 late cancellation/non attendance fee will apply for last minute cancellations or missed appointments falling within the 48 hours. This charge covers all appointments up to an hour in duration, further costs will be incurred for longer appointments, and will be payable before your appointment can be rescheduled. We hope you can understand the importance and need for this.
If you have a question regarding your appointment you can contact reception on any of the platforms linked above or by claling 01522 394618. Receptionists aim to respond to all emails on the same day within opening hours. Please do note we advise you to call, not email, should your query be of an urgent nature, or regarding an appointment booked for less that 48 hours time (counting working days only).
