Important message from Team TLC:


We  have made a great deal of changes and are doing all we possibly can to keep our customers safe during this time and the current situation with Covid-19.

We would like to thank everyone who has been patient with us during this time and especially those who have had appointments cancelled or rearranged during the pandemic.


We have had to make some alterations to provide the safest atmosphere possible therefore, please be advised when attending:

We are asking clients to attend alone - and not to bring a companion unless absolutely necessary

We will be scanning temperatures on arrival to check for fever and asking if you are symptomatic

If you are at all symptomatic or have a high temperature you will be asked to return home immediately and your appointment

will be rescheduled via the phone

We have sanitation stations AND antibacterial hand wash we encourage you to use

We will be wearing PPE and would prefer to see as many clients cover their nose and mouth as feel comfortable to do so.

We will be accepting cash but encourage card payments for reducing contact

We are offering emailed / text message link to receipts only

Our reopening is inline with government advice, we will update our stance through
