Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers can be purchased online for email delivery. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the correct email address is inputted at the time of purchase as duplicates can not be made.

• Vouchers can be redeemed to the end of February 2021

• There is no limit to how many vouchers each individual can purchase as gifts but strictly only one voucher per offer type / or area can be made.

• Vouchers are valid for 3 months after purchase. If there is a high demand and thus limited booking availability for a certain treatment the deadline will be extended by a month as long as the client accepts an appointment within this extended time frame, should no appointment be suitable, the voucher will be withdrawn and the paid purchase value of the voucher will be credited to the client for other treatments at Body TLC.

• If a client misses a booked appointment or changes it with less than 48 hours of the original time and date the voucher will be classed as redeemed or a £20 fee will occur. 

• Photocopied or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and vouchers will be checked at the original appointment, should vouchers be suspicious or not available to be verified the treatment will be charged at the normal price and the voucher can then be exchanged for a refund where applicable.

• As we are unable to open during lockdown and this coincides with Black Friday - we have extended it to Black November - we appreciate this also means staff are furloughed and unable to answer your queries, as such, any vouchers deemed unsuitable are eligible for a refund during December if they have not been redeemed. This is to offer peace of mind to your purchase.

• Incomplete redemption of a voucher can not be refunded however 'credit' can be applied to the clients TLC record to be used in clinic at Body TLC at the managers discretion. 

• Some offers may have surcharges please read the section details carefully.

• Some offers require a patch test or consultation ahead of the treatment booking - please ensure you book this important step as well as the treatment itself. it is recommended to take the consultation at least 3 days ahead of the treatment date.

• You may book your appointments online at any point, we are able to offer video consultations during November but no physical treatments until after lockdown. 

• We can not take any phone bookings until after lockdown as all the staff are furloughed.
