What is an Aqua Detox Exactly?

What happens during the Aqua Detox Treatment?

The treatment will begin by you placing your feet in a foot bath of warm water and salt crystals, this helps to relax your body and aids the conductivity of the water. Your therapist will then turn on the Aqua Detox system, this creates a series of positive and negative ions which are then absorbed by your body through the pores of your feet.

The ions attract toxins, neutralize tissue and acid wastes and remove heavy metals which are released back into the water through osmosis. The ions and waste products in the foot bath will change its colour, indicating to the therapist where the majority of toxins had built up in the body. 

Following the foot bath, your therapist will cleanse your feet, apply a nourishing foot cream and perform a short foot massage to ensure you leave the clinic feeling thoroughly relaxed.
